In the case of a multilingual document, the process of performing a certified (commonly known as sworn) translation is more complex than for a document drafted in only one language. A sworn translator for each of the languages used in the document prepares a separate translation for their scope of work. This means that if, for example, you have a document written in English with stamps in Arabic, you will receive two separate documents as a certified translation. One of them, signed by the sworn translator of English, will contain the translation of the document’s content from English, and the other one, signed by the sworn translator of Arabic, will contain the translation of the Arabic stamps only. Only if a sworn translator is authorised to translate in the scope of each language used in the document will you receive a certified translation in the form of one document. However, these happen very rarely.

We offer our customers translations in two variants: a certified translation in paper form – with the seal and handwritten signature of the sworn translator, and a certified translation in electronic form, secured with the qualified electronic signature of the translator. According to the legal regulations in force in Poland, both versions are equivalent. In both cases, the translated document includes a statement by the sworn translator about the conformity of the translation made by them with the document presented to them. The only difference is the way the translator’s signature is provided.
In the first case, after the translation is completed, the customer receives a scan of the translation to the specified email address and waits for the paper version to be delivered by traditional post or courier. In the case of a translation performed in electronic form, the customer receives the document prepared by the translator faster than by traditional methods, as there is no longer a need to wait for a postal delivery – the document sent by email is the original. Documents in this form are accepted by an increasing number of companies and institutions, saving the time associated with waiting for a translation shipment, but also the spent travelling and queuing in offices.
