Entering Poland
language support for your business

You may already have a launch date, an office and your first employees. Or you may still be working out how your business will operate here. Either way, there will be things to translate, people to speak to and a new audience to reach.
At Skrivanek, we help you put that work in order. We prepare Polish websites and documents, adapt marketing content, provide interpreters for meetings and arrange language training for your team. You can bring these tasks to one contact rather than organise each service separately.
A little less to organise
A website translation, an interpreter for a meeting and Polish lessons for a manager might otherwise mean three separate suppliers. With Skrivanek, you can arrange them through the same contact.
Start with what you need now
Perhaps your website is the priority. Perhaps you’re hiring and need materials for new employees first. We’ll work with you on the immediate tasks and help you plan for what comes next.
Sound right to Polish readers
A product manual needs precise terminology. A sales page needs to explain why someone should choose your offer. We adapt the wording to the job it needs to do, keeping your business and your readers in mind.
Help your team feel more confident
Working in another language takes practice, even for experienced professionals. We offer courses for international employees learning Polish and for Polish teams using English or other languages with colleagues abroad.
Not sure what to prepare first?
That’s a good reason to get in touch.
Our Poland Language Readiness Review is a 30-minute consultation about your plans for Poland. We’ll ask about your timeline, how you intend to operate, your sales and recruitment plans, and any materials you already have.
There’s room for practical questions, too. Does the whole website need to be ready for launch? Which documents should you prioritise? Will an interpreter be needed at your first meetings?
Afterwards, you’ll receive a short outline of what to prepare before launch, what you’ll need as you get started and what can wait.
Bring your questions. We’ll help you work out where to begin.
Frequently asked questions
What is Entering Poland?
It’s Skrivanek’s language support service for international companies setting up or growing in Poland. It brings together translation, localisation, interpreting, content and language training, with the work planned around your business needs.
We already operate in Poland. Can you still help?
Yes. You may need regular translations, updated website content or an interpreter from time to time. We can also help with employee communications, HR materials and language courses. The support doesn’t have to end once your launch is over.
What can you offer our employees?
We provide Polish lessons for international managers and employees, including intensive courses for people relocating to Poland. Business and industry-specific courses are available, along with one-to-one sessions for executives.
For Polish teams, we offer English and other languages used in their work with head office or international colleagues.
Is this service suitable for our industry?
The service is open to companies from different countries and sectors. That includes manufacturers, technology and service businesses, online retailers, brands working with Polish distributors and investors acquiring a company here. We’ll discuss your particular needs before proposing the scope.
Do you register companies or provide legal advice?
No. We focus on language services, not company registration or legal and tax advice. We can work alongside your advisers, translating documents, providing sworn translations and interpreting at meetings when needed.
Your website is only part of the picture
While marketing prepares the Polish launch, HR may be putting together information for new employees. Your technical team might need documentation translated. Meanwhile, a manager has a meeting coming up and needs an interpreter.
It helps to consider these tasks together. Agreeing on terminology early, for example, makes it easier to use the same product names in your sales materials, documentation and training.
Entering Poland gives you a way to plan and coordinate this work across the business, rather than handle every request in isolation.
How we can help, from preparation onwards
PREPARE: see what’s ready and what needs work
We start with the materials you already have. We review them, look at how your brand and product names read in Polish, and establish the terminology you’ll use.
We also check whether your website or product is ready for localisation and identify what needs attention before that work begins.
This gives you a clearer picture of the language tasks to include in your preparations, while there’s still time to plan them.
LAUNCH: get your materials ready to use
When you’re ready to start, we prepare the Polish versions of your website, app or product, along with the content you’ll use to introduce your business.
Some material calls for a close translation. Marketing may need a different approach to make the message work for Polish customers. We offer both, including copywriting and transcreation: creative adaptation of your original content.
We also translate company and technical documentation, provide sworn translations, and prepare recruitment, onboarding and training materials.
For conversations that need to happen in person or online, we arrange interpreting at meetings, negotiations, training sessions and business events.
INTEGRATE: make everyday conversations easier
Once people start working together, their language needs become more specific. A manager may want to take a more active part in conversations in Polish. A local team may need more confidence when presenting to head office.
We offer Polish for international managers, intensive courses linked to relocation, business and industry-specific training, and individual lessons for executives. Polish teams can develop the English or other language skills they use at work.
Language assessments help identify learning needs. Intercultural communication training can also help colleagues understand differences in how they work and communicate.
OPERATE: keep up with the work after launch
A few months in, there may be a new product to introduce, more people joining the team or a website section that needs updating.
We can continue handling your translations, marketing content, employee communications, HR materials and interpreting. You have a contact to turn to when the next task comes up.
Ongoing support can also include reviewing AI-generated content before you use it, as well as language courses and business training.
What are you planning in Poland?
A manufacturer opening a factory will have different priorities from an online retailer preparing its first Polish store. Technical documentation and staff training may come first for one; product descriptions and customer-facing content for the other.
We also support service businesses opening offices, technology companies building local teams, brands developing distribution and investors acquiring Polish businesses. Tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll discuss the language work involved.
Supporting an international client? We also work with legal, accounting, HR, recruitment, relocation and investment-support partners. Our role is to complement your expertise with the language services your client needs.
